Founded in Singapore in 2020, Invigilo turns the cameras a site already owns into a safety department that never looks away. We exist so that every worker goes home at the end of the shift.
Behind almost every serious injury or fatality sits a precursor: the missing edge protection, the person under a suspended load, the vehicle path that crosses a walking route. Here is the part that keeps us building. Most SIF precursors are visible on camera before the incident. The CCTV was recording. The hazard was in frame. The footage was only reviewed afterwards, as evidence instead of a warning.
Invigilo grew site by site, in live high-risk environments, with safety teams telling us exactly what was missing.
Invigilo Technologies is founded with one conviction: the safety data a site needs is already flowing through its CCTV, unwatched. Two co-founders, one camera feed, and a model that had to work in rain.
SafeKey goes live on working sites: tower cranes, excavations, shipyards and vessels. Detection models are hardened against rain, glare, dust and night shifts on working sites.
Invigilo enters the Aramco contractor ecosystem in Saudi Arabia, proving the platform in some of the most demanding oil and gas environments in the world: desert heat, mega-project scale, zero tolerance for downtime.
Deployments pass 200 sites and 2M+ square metres under continuous watch, spanning construction, oil and gas, manufacturing, mining, logistics and marine.
Detection was the start. On top of it we are building autonomous patrols, corrective action loops, live risk scoring and briefing generation: a safety department that runs its own loop.
Invigilo is led by the same two people who started it: one carrying the mission to market, one building the AI that delivers it.

Vishnu has spent his career at the intersection of engineering and high-risk industry, and leads Invigilo's mission, markets and partnerships across APAC and MENA.

Anand leads the AI platform: the detection models, edge infrastructure and autonomous layers that let Invigilo run in rain, dust, glare and night shifts on real industrial sites.
High-risk industries buy proof, not promises. Our security posture and track record are documented for enterprise procurement.
Long-standing certification for information security management across platform and operations.

Read the story →Workers only trust a safety system that is not watching them as people. These three refusals are written into the product, and they do not move for any deal.
Safety monitoring reads conditions, never identities. We will not use face matching to judge whether a site is safe. Where a client runs identity for access control, that is their decision on a separate module, and it never feeds safety detection.
We detect conditions, not identities: the missing harness, the person under the load, the vehicle in the walkway. Never who someone is.
Video is processed on an edge server inside the site fence. What leaves, if anything, is the alert and the event record, under rules the site controls.
How it runs: video is analysed by an edge server inside the site boundary. The footage itself stays on site by default; only alerts and event records travel, under the site's rules.
Our platform runs where conditions are hardest: desert heat, offshore salt air, monsoon rain and 24-hour shift work.
Deployed across close to 200 sites in APAC and MENA, from tunnels and tower cranes to refineries, vessels and warehouses.
A proof of concept in weeks: a handful of cameras, one site, every layer live from day one. Your existing CCTV, no new hardware.
